New England Bicycle Expo Comes to Somerville

The New England Bicycle Expo will showcase products and services for cyclists from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., May 7, at Arts at the Armory, in Somerville. “Warm and sunny, bike-friendly days are finally here,” says expo organizer and founder Rob Hill, adding that the event is part of Boston's celebration of National Bike Month. “We’ll have regional bicycle organizations and companies, bicycle parts and apparel manufacturers, frame builders, component designers, tour organizers, cycling clubs and more.”

Exhibitors will be spread throughout the 12,000 square feet of newly renovated space, and special areas will be marked for live blogging, free workshops, an outdoor bike swap and organized bike rides.

The entry fee is $12 for both days or $6 for a single day, and children under 10 attend free. Tickets are available at the door or online.
