Yoga for Young Athletes
This 4 week series is for athletes from 5th to 12th grade who would like to prepare their bodies and minds for peak performance in athletics. Regularly practicing yoga can help breathing, flexibility ,improve motion in the joints, and increase blood flow along with building strength, confidence and endurance. Yoga can also help prevent injuries and speed recovery from strenuous workouts.
