Weekly Worship Service
Please note that we are currently worshiping "on the cloud" exclusively due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We will provide an update for in-person worship services as our re-opening plans are solidified.
Worship at Tewksbury Congregational Church
Sunday worship is at 9:30 A.M. Worship is the heart beat of our life together. Children join adults for the first fifteen minutes of worship and then go to their Church School classes. The message you will hear will be relevant to your daily life. It will contain solid Christian theology based upon the Bible. It will be interesting, humorous and sometimes it will tug at your heart. We have a wonderful choir and music playing a variety of Hymns and Christian music. The worship service will last about 60 minutes. Communion is served the first Sunday of the month, you need not be a member to receive communion.
Children are important to the life of TCC and are always welcome to stay with you during worship. The nursery and TCC Sunday School programs run during the services. Most children go to the service with their parents and hear a children's sermon before being escorted to their classes. Sunday School usually runs fifteen minutes longer than the service. We have a nursery for infants through toddler ages. More information is on our Kids & Teens page. Youth (grades 7 to 12) go directly to their own classroom at 9:30 for a combined discussion and worship time. Their classroom is called the Tower and is on our third floor.
We have ample parking along the side and back of the church. Additional overflow parking is available at the next door bank. There are several areas for handicapped parking and all are marked and located up close to the entrance doors.
Please dress comfortably. We do not have a dress code and you will find just about all manners of dress from shorts and jeans to suit and tie and dresses. No matter how you are dressed you will not feel out of place.
