25-Minute Guided Meditation

Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation have both been widely recognized as effective tools for improving mental and physical health, reducing stress and anxiety, and increasing a sense of calm and happiness.

Mindfulness simply means paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, in a non-judgmental way. This 25 minute guided meditation will focus on bringing awareness to the body in the present moment. Over time, this practice has been clinically proven to reduce stress, and increase happiness.
