Yoga for Anxiety Workshop
The holiday season can be stressful, with increased expectations and obligations. This class is a great way to restore balance. Participants will learn yoga postures, breathing exercises, mudras and restorative yoga postures that help to alleviate stress and anxiety. Essential oils will be diffused and weighted sandbags will be used to enhance your experience of relaxation, release, and deep restoration.
