Learn About the Benefits of Floatation and Light Therapy

Brayton and based in East Providence, Rhode Island, invites the public to visit
their vendor booth at the Natural Living Expo on November 11 and 12, 2023, at the Best
Western Royal Plaza Trade Center, in Marlborough, Massachusetts, from 9:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. both days. The Braytons are looking forward to educating the
public there about the health benefits of floatation therapy and sharing
information about the services and healing environment their business has to
offer.
Floatation
therapy is known to help relieve occasional to severe back pain, reduce stress,
anxiety and depression while also increasing muscle recovery, sleep quality,
creativity, focus and cognitive function. It's a valuable tool for personal
growth and self-discovery.
Drip also
plans to host their first pop-up event in mid-November to showcase their RoXiva
light therapy machine. Both flotation therapy and light therapy are available
at Drip under one roof and the two therapies complement each other, especially
when light therapy takes place prior to floating, because it allows the mind to
relax and “get in the zone” without having to be acclimated to the environment.
