The 18th annual Natural Living Expo, New England’s largest holistic health and wellness event, will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 8, 2025, and 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on November 9, 2025, at the Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center, in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Featuring more than 200 exhibits, 60 free workshops, guided meditations and a diverse selection of healthy food vendors, visitors can explore natural and holistic products, meet practitioners and discover centers from across the country.

Attendees can partake in a variety of workshops presented by expert speakers on a wide range of topics. Seating is first-come, first-served, and all workshops are included with admission. A healthy food court inside the trade center and food trucks outside will offer local, ethnic and natural food and beverages.

The expo provides an annual opportunity for people from across the Northeast to connect with like-minded attendees, learn about holistic approaches to health and wellness and discover new practices to enhance well-being. Since its debut in 2007, more than 50,000 people have attended the event.
