A Reset & Revitalize 2026 Retreat will be hosted by Holistic Wellness Practitioner Loren Correia of Nurture Holistic Wellness, from January 2 to 4, 2026, at the Bethel Farm Yoga and Living Arts Center, in Hillsborough, New Hampshire. This immersive event is designed to cleanse, align and awaken the attendees’ energy centers through yoga, sound healing, meditation, nature connection and more to begin the new year refreshed, centered and inspired.

After a heart-opening cacao and intention ceremony to welcome in the weekend, the retreat will include a journey into the chakras with meditation, sound healing, breathwork and journaling activities; a reiki-infused sound bath; a Jivamukti yoga session; a vision board creation station for manifesting for the new year; an outdoor sauna and cold plunge for releasing the past and starting the new year refreshed; and farm-to-table meals with Chef Tracey from Mountain Girl Yoga Chef. The proceedings will conclude with an uplifting fire ceremony.
