The Dedham Community Health Fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., July 26, at Solid Body Fitness. Visitors to the fair will have the opportunity to sample healthy meals, snacks, desserts and drinks while learning about new gyms, medical practices and health conscious restaurants, businesses and services in the area.

This free event also features an on-site CrossFit demonstration, along with Pilates, yoga and state-of-the-art medical technology. Dozens of vendors from wellness, medical, fitness and nutrition companies will be on hand, and a list of those participating can be seen at DedhamHealthFair.com.
