The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic education process that aims to restore organic function to the human neuromuscular system. As our self image becomes richer and more detailed, we gain the ability to move with more grace, potency, and intention- resulting in less pain, better balance, and a new depth of autonomy in healing and self-regulation.
