I have been providing spiritually based integrative holistic health enrichment services, classes, outreach, events, and retreats since 2006. I am a healer, psychic medium, speaker, trauma survivor, spiritual mentor, educator, advocate, end of life spiritual care specialist, meditation facilitator, Tibetan singing bowl practitioner, and an approved teacher from the Jikiden Reiki Institute, Kyoto, Japan.

I have experience as a trauma specialist, college educator, domestic violence advocate, end of life transition specialist, and has over 15 years experience working in the healthcare system.

My mission is to help others rediscover the power that lies within and to find that treasure buried in the depths of the shadows. I help others become their own superhero.

I have also been providing spiritual retreats throughout New England since 2012 to help others rediscover that power.
