A Mini - Firefly Wellness Event located on the beautiful Salve Regina University Campus in Newport RI. A free event bringing community together through the platform of wellness, yoga, workshops and vendors, artists and artisans. 25 vendors, artist and artisans aw well as Wellness Professionals and Businesses. 

WORKSHOPS: Smaller focused workshops will be offered throughout the afternoon in the THAMES Room include: 
 11am-12pm: Meredith Ewenson of Newport will lead an Essential Oils & Yoga Class. ​(Bring your own yoga mat) 
12-1pm: Misty Kosciusko of New Horizons Chiropractic & Wellness in Portsmouth will lead a workshop on stress relief. 
1-2pm: Nicole LeBreux of Tiverton will lead a Folk Herbalism talk. 
2-3pm: Kimber-Lee Jacobson from Be Light Yoga Studio in Westport, Ma, will offer a Sound & vibrational Healing class. If weather permits, class may be outside. ​(Bring your own yoga mat) 

ALL DAY OFFERINGS: The “Healing Den”, will feature Massage services, Reflexology, Reiki, Cranial & Sacral massage and Acupuncture. Sprout and Lentil- A vegan kitchen - will be offering vegan wraps. Beth Bakes will be offering samples of Gluten Free crackers. As well as, Lawn games, music and raffle items.
