Yin yoga is a complimentary practice to all other forms of yoga and exercise programs. Lengthening and stretching the tendons, ligaments and fascia helps to rehabilitate dysfunctional movement patterns and prevent injuries. Holding the poses safely, supported by props, while assisting with joint mobilization and breath work. Non invasive, effective pain relief for all tightness, aches and pains. You will need yoga blocks, a strap, blankets or towels that you can roll up and a bolster (pillow or sofa cushion will do as well). Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
