Introduction & Orientation to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Introduces participants to the 8-week, evidenced based course called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
Led by Brown University Certified MBSR teacher Nancy Bennett, this 1.5 session will introduce participants to the world-renown, 8-week, evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMASS Medical Center for Mindfulness. Attendance at one of these sessions is a prerequisite for enrolling in the course.
