Gentle Yoga with Jaime
This class is great for beginners as well as experienced yogis who enjoy moving at a slower pace. Beginning with a short centering while tuning into breath, followed by a gentle yoga sequence. In this class students move at a slower pace, focusing on the breath and stretching while releasing stress and tension of the muscles and joints.
