Yoga Nidra is a specific style of guided meditation that helps relieve stress and can restore the mind-body system's ability to relax and sleep.
It's often referred to as "Yogic Sleep" because it induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra. There are no "poses" or movements done. All you need to be able to do is lie down and listen!
