Our SHFS Ignite Instructor Training is open to everyone!

This training is open to 10 people total

**You will ALL attend the virtual training, and there will be 5 people for the in-person portion (done on two separate days - more info below).

**You will need to attend ONE 3 hour VIRTUAL training on Zoom with the group, which will take place on Thursday, 11/19 from 5:30PM-8:30PM.

**You will get to CHOOSE between 2 dates (Saturday 11/21 OR Saturday 11/28) for your 5-hour IN-PERSON training that will be from 1:30PM-6:30PM

-Programming includes: anatomy, form, sequencing, cues, music, bike set up, intro, warm-up, cool down, stretching, arm songs and much more!

The program costs $450 (can be broken into 2 payments). 

By the end, you should be comfortable and confident taking and teaching cycling classes like a rockstar!

-Please note that our certification is not accredited as there's no governing Indoor Cycling foundation that does this. Some studios will accept this certification, others may not, MOST of the time it's more about your audition. And this program is meant to help you become an incredible rider and teacher!

-To teach at MOST studios you will need your CPR certification which does NOT come included in our training

-If interested, your first payment will be due by 11/19.
