Join us via Zoom for this free, eight-week group support group to explore grief through experiential, mindful awareness and learn to calm your mind and body through acceptance and nonjudgmental, internal witnessing. Learn meditation, body scans and self compassion to care for your grieving mind and body and practice bearing witness to uncomfortable thoughts or feelings to help manage the past and future so we can focus on the present.
