This change in mindset is a sustainable way to feel happy, healthy, and confident at any size.

These free workshops will be interactive, engaging, and your first step to finding Body Peace & Food Freedom through the practice of Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
Each workshop offers a non-diet approach to health and wellness to help you learn how to:
- Enjoy food without the guilt and shame
- Create consistency in your everyday eating
- Distinguish between emotional hunger and physical hunger
- Remove all the diet rules you thought to be true.
- Adopt a weight-neutral approach to health (HAES™, Health At Every Size) which will allow you to have body peace & food freedom
- Stop dieting
- Be comfortable in your own body as you dismantle diet culture
- Be able to accept “me!”
- Understand that weight does not determine “good” health
- Stop the all-or-nothing thinking (AKA on or off a diet)
- Eliminate or reduce Emotional Eating
