About this event
Body Peace & Food Freedom is one-on-one coaching with a small-group experience. It is 24-weeks, live and online, focusing on Intuitive Eating and Body Neutrality/Positivity.
This program is from my personal Intuitive Eating and Body Image journey combined, with hundreds of hours coaching women just like you and my professional expertise.
Body Peace & Food Freedom guides you as you learn The Foundation of UNDieting, Building the Intuitive Eating Muscle, Understanding your Emotions w/ Compassion & Kindness, and Developing Body Trust Through Curiosity combined with a practice of mindful eating.
Imagine in 6 months from now; you will be able to:
- Stop dieting
- Be comfortable in your own body as you dismantle diet culture
- Be able to accept “me!”
- Understand that weight does not determine “good” health
- Stop the all or nothing thinking (AKA on or off a diet)
- Eliminate or reduce Emotional Eating
- Listen, trust and respect your body
Body Peace & Food Freedom Dates, Times, and What's Included
- 1 Orientation and small group introduction (45 minutes)
- 10 Bi-weekly one-on-one individual coaching sessions (45-minutes)
- 24 Themed weekly interactive learning sessions on Tuesdays 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. EST, September 14th – March 22nd, 2022 (45-minutes)
- 1 Wrap-up Body Peace & Food Freedom Coaching Call (45-minutes)
- Journal entries and reflection exercises
