Qigong Body Mind Method for vitality, wellness and serenity
Join Irene Cyr, certified instructor, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. for body mind form — a practice of meditation, mindful movements, sounds and visualizations to awaken energy and release blockages in the body. Opening up blocked energy allows Qi (life force energy) to flow. Stuck Qi is the cause of many illnesses and dis-ease. This practice will focus on decreasing physical and emotional stress and increasing your energy, among many other benefits.
I also offer a seated body mind form class every Wednesday from 3-4 p.m.
These classes are open to all levels. All classes can be done standing, seated or lying down.
