The full moon can be a busy time of achievement and growth. It represents completion and the height of your power. This is a great time to reflect on how far you have come. Bring the child or teenage in your life to a full moon meditation and help them relax and regulate their emotions. This class is designed to empower children to learn how to regulate their own emotions and anxieties, while getting to relax in a super cool pink salt cave!

Jamie Chatel from Arrow Tarot will kick off the event by explaining the neuroscience behind meditation. After a quick introduction, we will settle down into some anti-gravity chairs inside of the salt cave, as Jamie leads us in two types of meditation techniques that are great for kids. During this time, you will also benefit from Halotherapy in the salt cave, as fine salt particles are filtered through the air. This is great for allergies and respiratory issues, boosting the immune system, and it's also very relaxing!

Jamie is a Mindfulness Coach and founder of Arrow Tarot. She has a Certificate in the Science of Well Being from Yale University, and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Literacy from the University of Rhode Island. She has studied meditation here in the US, and in India. She is also an experienced Reiki Practitioner, and a Dance Teacher!
