Yoga Class
Breathe, meditate, stretch and sip! Join Melissa as she leads you through a fun 1 hour all levels yoga class followed by a complimentary beer or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice! This class is excellent for building strength, increasing flexibility and relaxing the mind and body. Students are encouraged to take class at their own pace, modifications are offered to intensify or soften class. This class is great for all fitness levels. Bring your yoga mat. Weather permitting class will be held outside on the patio soaking up all the good vibes of practicing yoga outdoors. Bring your sunblock, hat and sunglasses if needed.
