Sound Meditation with movement and breath and settle into Savasana with sounds of the Gongs, Ocean Drum, Singing Bowls and Chimes
We begin with gentle movements and add in breathwork, then come to lie or sit on a mat or in a chair and take in the sounds of the Gongs, Ocean Drum, Singing Bowls, Rainsticks and Chimes.
Feel the vibration over, around and under you. Relax and refresh you body, mind and soul.
