My CommuniTea events are fun & interactive, educational & empowering!

I serve an Herbal Tea blend - for March I have chosen     'Eat Drink Digest' my blend of plants that all support healthy digestion.

While we sit, relaxed, sipping the tea, I will share  w/the group about each of the plants in our cups. - their medicinal properties, why they are in this blend & how they work together to support our bodies digest & metabolise our food.

They are 2 hour events, and are a combination of Herbal lecture & Tea Party!
