Bodyweight Boot Camp and PIlates
Small group pilates and boot camp
This fun high-energy class is a total body workout. Bodyweight Bootcamp builds cardiovascular endurance, upper body and lower body muscular strength and endurance, mobility, core strength, and more. Pilates is an exercise regimen performed on the floor on a mat. Pilates aims to improve flexibility and stability by strengthening muscles especially the torso-stabilizers of the abdomen and lower back. This class is for all fitness levels.
