Sounds of Harmony will be offering a sound meditation event at the Meeting House within the Four Corners Arts Center Sculpture Park in Tiverton. Join us there for an opportunity to rest in awareness and experience attunement through the subtle and expansive sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and assorted resonant instruments. We encourage you to dress comfortably and feel free to bring a mat, thick blankets and/or pillows, in order to lay comfortably on the floor for a period of time. If you prefer to sit, there are padded chairs available but you can also bring a portable reclining chair. Cost is $25.
