This comprehensive online course provides an integrative foundation in both sound therapy and somatic healing practices. Designed to enhance mind-body awareness, facilitate nervous system regulation, and promote holistic well-being, the curriculum combines evidence-based approaches from the disciplines of sound therapy and somatic healing to foster embodied presence, emotional resilience, and physical balance.
