Services include basic screenings—blood pressure, BMI, blood sugar, A1C, cholesterol, vision, dental, and primary care evaluations. Specialists in cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, pediatrics, psychiatry, oncology, OB/GYN, nutrition, and physical/occupational therapy will also be available. Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are included. No insurance is required. Prescriptions will not be issued. Walk-ins accepted until 1:30 p.m. On-site MassHealth registration will be offered.
