Join us for an in-person women’s health panel exploring the full picture of mental wellness—from the microbiome to mindset. Purely Present Health presents this event as part of the Integrative Health Speaker Series.

We’ll take a deeper look at the gut-brain connection, emotional blocks, and psychological resilience. You’ll hear from four integrative health experts who will share practical, science-informed strategies to help you better understand the links between body and mind—and leave with tools you can use in daily life.

The series is an extension of Beverly Mazza’s work at Purely Present Health, her nurse-led telehealth practice specializing in prediabetes, metabolic health, and weight support in perimenopause.
