During our Regular 45 Minute Meditation, Relaxation and Salt therapy Session, Janis will be going around to each guest while in their zero gravity chairs and giving Head, Shoulder, and Scalp Relaxation Massages.

As you relax and unwind in the ambiance of the Salt Surrounding you, Each Guest will receive about 11 minutes of Individual Massage during the Session. During our custom meditation that plays overhead, Salt is being dispersed in the air using a Halo-Generator. The Halo-Generator grinds pharmaceutical grade salt into a salt air Aerosol that we are able to breathe in and absorb into our bodies the direct benefits.

Halotherapy ( Or Salt Therapy) is known to alleviate many respiratory symptoms, breathing conditions, skin conditions and even Anxiety. The Salt Cave itself has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance, built to replicate the beautiful salt mines of Europe. Largely self-taught, she developed her intuitive touch by practicing on friends and family for 30 years, until graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2014.
