The Wickford Art Association is pleased to announce the opening of Shades of Blue, a juried exhibition exploring the depth, mood, and creative possibilities of the color blue. The exhibition opens Friday, February 6, at the Wickford Art Association Gallery at 36 Beach Street in North Kingstown. Juried by Karen Dolmanisth, the show features work by regional artists in painting, photography, mixed media, and sculpture. The selected works reflect strong technique, originality, and thoughtful interpretations of blue as both a visual and emotional language. An opening reception will be held Friday, February 6, and is free and open to the public.
