Friends of Norfolk Library Annual Book Sale
Friends of the Norfolk Library Book and Bake Sale Saturday, April 25.
The Friends of the Norfolk Public Library will hold its annual Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Freeman-Kennedy School, 70 Boardman Street, Norfolk. The sale includes over 30,000 books in good to excellent condition which are categorized and alphabetized. Prices for most books range from $0.50 to $3.00. The Friends of the Norfolk Public Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that uses funds raised to support the programs and services of the Norfolk Public Library. This includes children’s programing, discount passes to museums and zoos, speakers, computers for public use, and many other resources, events, and activities. All 2026 members of the Friends of the Library are welcome at the Early Access Sale on Friday, April 24 from 6-9 pm. Friends memberships starting at $25.00 are available at the door beginning at 5:00 pm. The Saturday sale is open to the public.
