Free Virtual Workshop Explores Hormones and Menopause

Each year, an estimated 1.3
million women in the U.S. enter
menopause—yet over 70 percent of
them say they feel unprepared for the life
change and many suffer alone with their
symptoms. To help, Inner Ease Health will
host a free virtual workshop to empower
participants with accurate, up-to-date
information about hormonal health and
managing the menopause transition from
6 to 7:30 p.m. on May 28, 2025.
Led by Bianca Siravo, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Inner Ease Health, in Warwick, Rhode Island, the event will explore how declining levels of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone affect sleep, mood, metabolism and sexual health. Attendees will learn about treatment options—including hormone therapy, supplements and lifestyle strategies—and how to advocate for comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.
“This is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, connect with others, and build community and support,” says Siravo.
The event is open to the public and includes a live Q&A session.
