Nurture Holistic Wellness, in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, will present Chakra Tune-Up: Strawberry Moon from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on June 11, 2025. The event will consist of a transformative sound healing experience combining meditation, breathwork and vibrational frequencies to realign and revitalize the body’s energy centers.

Led by owner Loren Correia, a licensed massage therapist, reiki master, certified sound and vibrational healer, and Jivamukti yoga instructor, attendees will benefit from learning about self-care options that promote overall improved health and well-being. Held under the illuminating energy of June’s Strawberry Full Moon, this session is designed to help participants release what no longer serves them, plant new seeds of intention and reconnect them to their own inner wisdom. 

“As you journey through each of the seven chakras, you’ll be supported by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, each attuned to a specific energy center,” explains Correia. “For each chakra, you’ll be invited to reflect on a corresponding intention and mantra, helping to activate healing, balance and inner clarity.
