Organizers of the upcoming New England Mental Health Conference: Changing Times, Empowering Wholeness event—to be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 1 and 2, 2025, at the LaSalette Retreat Center, in Attleboro, Massachusetts—are accepting proposals through June 15 from speakers and presenters eager to share progressive, evidence-based and holistic approaches to mental wellness.
Clinicians, researchers, healers, educators and thought leaders from diverse disciplines are encouraged to submit proposals on topics such as integrative psychiatry and psychology, holistic and mind-body therapies, trauma-informed care, nutritional and lifestyle interventions, psychedelic-assisted therapy, cultural and spiritual approaches to healing, innovative clinical practices or case studies, substance abuse and trauma recovery or other cutting-edge areas of related interest. Presenters will have a platform to showcase new and innovative ways to address mental health issues and discussions.
As a transformative, in-person, academic conference presented by the Rhode Island Holistic Healing Association and featuring a fast-paced format with three expert-led sessions every hour, the event aims to foster a vibrant exchange of ideas that unite traditional psychiatry, integrative health and emerging therapies to better address the complex needs of today’s mental health landscape. Qualified presenters that are ready to challenge the status quo and contribute to a broader vision of mental health care will be considered and those selected will be notified by July 1, 2025.
