Wendy Lewis, owner of Prana Reflexology, in Warwick, Rhode Island, will present two, two-hour workshops from 10 a.m. to noon on January 17 and 24, 2026, that will enable beginners with no experience to learn reflexology-inspired techniques to treat others in a fun, personalized environment. The Fabulous Footwork sessions will inform on proper ergonomics; fatigue prevention; creating a home setup; bolsters and creams/oils; thumb and finger techniques; and more.

Lewis, an ARCB-certified reflexologist and online course creator, has taught online since 2022 to students worldwide, but her new in-person workshop meets local demands. “Earlier in my career, I taught beginner reflexology in adult education programs, and I loved it,” Lewis says. “And lately, many of my clients tell me they wish they could work on the feet of a loved one—a partner, spouse, child or parent, but they don’t know what to do, where to start, or how not to tire out quickly. This workshop, Fabulous Footwork, will cover all of that.”

Lewis adds that maximizing the total number of participants at each session to five will allow for lots of personalized, impactful learning. Lewis says she has designed Fabulous Footwork with a simplified foot map and easy, reflexology-inspired sequences that anyone can learn.
