A deeply immersive Somatic Breathwork & Sound Healing experience will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on June 6, 2026, at Saltitude Himalayan Salt Cave, in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Led by Amanda Russo (The Breathing Goddess) and Scott Delahanty (Sound Scott), this event offers participants a guided journey into breathwork, nervous system regulation and sound-based healing.

The session begins with somatic breathwork designed to gently shift awareness from the mind into the body. Through intentional breathing techniques, participants are supported in releasing stored stress, emotional tension and mental clutter while cultivating greater self-awareness and internal balance.

As the breathwork portion concludes, participants are guided into stillness for integration before transitioning into a restorative sound bath. Using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, flutes, drums and other instruments, the sound journey moves through three energetic zones inspired by the chakra system—grounding, heart and celestial—supporting deep relaxation and full-body reset.

Set within Saltitude’s Himalayan salt cave environment, the experience is designed to enhance grounding, relaxation and respiratory wellness while encouraging a slower, more present state of being.
