The Back to Basics Conference: Summit on Health & Wellness will return for its third year from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (doors open at 8 a.m.) October 17, 2026, at the Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, in Framingham, Massachusetts. Presented in partnership with Azure Standard and AzureWell, this full-day event brings together medical professionals, integrative health practitioners and farming experts to explore helpful approaches to personal and family wellness.

Attendees will have opportunities to hear from health and agriculture experts and connect with vendors. A boxed lunch and complimentary parking will be provided.

Featured speakers include physicians Peter McCullough, Sherri Tenpenny, Lawrence Palevsky, Christiane Northrup and Clayton Baker; regenerative farmer Daniel Salatin; Azure Standard founder and CEO David Stelzer; and integrative health practitioner Mark Brody. Stephanie Locricchio of Children’s Health Defense will serve as emcee.

Each presentation will explore topics including nutrition, disease prevention, informed health decisions, lifestyle and the relationship between food production and human health. The event is especially well suited for healthcare providers, farmers, parents and other members of the public that are ready to take a fresh look at health and wellness from the ground up and learn about natural, organic and holistic ways to enhance their well-being.
