LUCI Menopause Companion App Now Available for Android
Naviday Health has expanded access to its LUCI Companion menopause and cardiovascular health app with a new release for Android devices. The free app, which is also available for iOS, can help users recognize patterns, become better informed about menopause and cardiovascular risk, and have more productive conversations with their healthcare providers.
LUCI, which stands for Lifestyle Understanding, Care Intelligence, is designed to help women better understand and track their health throughout perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. Created by Naviday Health during a Mayo Clinic Platform study, the app combines symptoms, health patterns, assessments, medications and other helpful information.
Users can complete daily check-ins and track symptoms, receive weekly personalized insights and use eight clinical assessments to assist in their menopause journey. LUCI also includes a 36-week wellness curriculum covering nutrition, movement, mindfulness and holistic care, plus 100-plus journaling prompts.
A Consumer Health Record feature helps users organize symptom trends, assessment history, medications and supplements, blood pressure and vital trends, care team information and more. Users control what they share and can provide their health record to a healthcare provider through a QR code, potentially making appointments even more impactful.
Naviday Health says expanding LUCI to Android helps make menopause education and support available to more women on the devices they already use.
