Reiki: A Japanese healing and meditation practice that supports wellness, mindfulness, and resiliency. Reiki practice helps us claim from within ourselves a sacred outlook, an enlarged vision, and a participatory consciousness, even amidst situations of distress and uncertainty. Reiki teachings and practice offer all of us a sustainable mind-body-spirit approach to address physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual concerns and conditions. We can experience Reiki practice in two ways: one is to experience a Reiki healing session and the other is to learn how to practice the system of Reiki to care for ourselves and others. Brenner Reiki Healing has offerings to support you in both experiences. In each case, Brenner Reiki Healing will deepen your own direct experience with Reiki teachings, practices, and meditations. Mindfulness Meditation is about bringing our attention to the present moment. We practice anchoring our awareness on what is happening right now, just as it is, with caring curiosity. Mindful practices can shift us out of habitual mental and emotional patterns so we can respond to ourselves, to people, and to situations more intentionally. Brenner Reiki Healing offers individual mindfulness meditation instruction, as well as mindfulness meditation workshops for your group or organization. Whether you are interested in Reiki practice or Mindfulness Meditation, Brenner Reiki Healing is a space of healing-centered engagement for people of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions.
