I’m teaching 4 cooking classes to help you make healthy food fast in my “Batching without Boredom: Cook 1x, Eat 3x, 3 ways” series!
Purchase one or more classes - replays available for classes you have enrolled in but were unable to attend live.
All classes gluten free, dairy free optional
May 25- Ground Beef/Chicken w/ Sautéed Onion & Diced Tomato Base as (dairy optional; option for vegetarian/vegan will be included):
- Savory Meat & Veggie Soup
- Taco Salad (homemade seasoning!)
- Baked Stuffed Zucchini
June 1 - Chicken Pepper & onion base Base (option for vegetarian/vegan will be included) as:
- Fajita Bowls w/ Pico de Gallo
- Chicken Primavera w/ Marinara
- Quesadilla w/ Salsa
June 8 - Cauliflower Magic (option for vegetarian/vegan will be included):
- Sloppy Joes over Mashed Cauli
- Shepherd’s Pie
- Perfect CauliMash Sides (like Fauxtato cakes & more)
Weekly on Saturdays at 4pm eastern time (so you’re done in time for dinner!) May 18- June 8
