The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause (Perimenopause) – Free Community Film Screening & Live Q&A
Join us for a free community screening of The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause (Perimenopause), a powerful new documentary continuing the vital conversation about women’s midlife health and hormones.
From the producers of the groundbreaking film The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, this new documentary focuses on perimenopause, the often overlooked years leading up to menopause, when hormonal changes can impact heart, bone, brain, and sexual health.
Blending expert insights with real women’s experiences, the film sheds light on why so many women feel confused or dismissed during this stage of life and highlights evidence-based solutions that support long-term health and well-being.
The evening will conclude with a live Q&A featuring local menopause-certified doctors, offering an opportunity for education, discussion, and community connection.
This is a donation-based community event. Attendance is free with advance registration required, and optional donations are welcome for those who wish to support menopause education and advocacy.
