Embrace a fresh start as the sun dips below the horizon and the strawberry full moon rises. The Strawberry Full Moon is the full moon in June, signaling the peak ripening of wild strawberries and the start of summer.

Originating from Native American Algonquin, Ojibwe, and Dakota cultures, it symbolizesabundance, fertility, and the peak of nature's growth. It is often used to mark time for harvest, new beginnings, and, due to its low, warm-toned appearance in the sky Join us for a truly unique wellness experience that combines the grounding practice of yoga with the gentle, curious presence of our llama companions.

As we transition from the energy of the New Moon into the fullness of the night, this session is designed to help you release the old and set intentions for the cycle ahead.

Whether you're balancing in Tree Pose or finding stillness in Savasana, the calming hum of the llamas and the vibrant colors of the Rhode Island sunset provide the perfect backdrop for renewal.

What to Expect:

• Llama Connection: Spend time meeting and flowing alongside our friendly llamas. They are natural zen masters!

• Sunset Flow: A 60-minute all-levels yoga sequence focused on breath, balance, and "new start" intentions.

• Moonlight Magic: We’ll conclude our practice under the light of the rising full moon. • Photo Ops: Plenty of time to capture the magic with your new fluffy friends against the sunset.

• Bring: A yoga mat, water, and an open heart. (Wear layers, as it gets chilly once the sun goes down!)

• Note: No prior yoga experience is necessary!
