Priscilla Gale, owner of Sacred Song Reiki, is taking appointments for crystal bed healing with crystal sound vibration at various locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The therapy is a safe and effective alternative for reducing pain, anxiety, depression and stress.

Gale explains, “Crystals, light and sound enter the equation of healing from several directions: altering cellular functions and structures, entraining biological systems to function more in sync, calming the mind and body, reducing pain and leading to deep peace, more energy and clarity of thought.”

Sessions begin by removing shoes, all metal jewelry and crystals, and then lying fully clothed on the massage table. A cloth is placed over the client's eyes and the crystal wands are turned on. Gale then plays crystal bowls that have been placed strategically around the room. Sessions may last from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on one’s health. Once comfortable with the sessions, they may be extended.
