Experience Llama Yoga Classes ‘on the Farm’

Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness is conducting three separate types of yoga classes on Sundays and other evenings of the week through the end of September in the highly unique setting of the Bittersweet Farm Estate, in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. While engaging in llama yoga, sunset llama yoga or sunset full moon llama yoga, attendees will experience the highly relaxed surroundings with these fascinating animals as well as see the other animals on the farm after each class.
“Experience yoga like never before,” invites Helena Safran, founder and owner of Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness. People can sign up for one or multiple of these unique sessions. “Forget the four walls of a studio. Join in for this amazing experience where mindfulness meets the pasture. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class is about connecting with nature, finding your center, and embracing the unexpected joy that only a llama can bring to a downward dog.”
Safran, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher with 19 years of experience in practicing yoga, provides yoga therapy, special events and classes for both individuals and companies.

Cost: $30 to $45 per person depending on day, time and nature of class. Location: 923 Division St., East Greenwich, RI.
