Restoring Women’s Vitality Through Their Integrated Selves
Cécile Raynor
Women, especially mothers, can sometimes focus on their family or others at their own expense which leads them to disconnect from their bodies with negative health impacts. To help, Cécile Raynor, an Integrated Functioning Practitioner and founder of Cécile’s Wise Ways, is presenting two special events this month.
An Afternoon Tea for Women: Honoring the Many Faces of Motherhood is a free Zoom event at 4:30 p.m. on Mother’s Day (2026). By acknowledging the many dimensions of motherhood—being or having a mother or holding the mothering role within oneself or for others—the event will invite participants to pause, connect and share reflections on the joys and challenges of mothering in its many forms.
An Online Workshop: Embodied Energy Healing for Women is an experiential introductory session from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on May 27, 2026. It is designed to clear ties to past events in order to heal and start moving forward beyond those recurring patterns. Through a facilitated process, participants will experience how emotional patterns held in the body can shift, even in one session, increasing ease, energy and internal coherence.
“Women need an opportunity to express themselves on their journey and can improve their situation even as they live their current daily life simply through expanded awareness of their integrated self,” says Raynor.
Workshop cost: $25. For more information or to register for either event, call 857-245-9488, email [email protected] or visit CecileRaynor.com.
